Sizes

Our garments are sized either small, medium or large or 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 depending on the item ordered. As we stock a variety of labels and sizes can vary between different suppliers, by using our sizing chart we can ensure that we send you the correctly sized garment.

Made to measure: If your measurements don't fall into the categories in the sizing table provided, we offer a made to measure service on Morgana designs only, e.g. if you have a size 12 bust measurement and size 14 waist and wish to order a dress you may want to use this service. If you are tall and never find skirts/dress long enough or vice versa if you are petite, again this service can help you out. We charge 10% extra for our made to measure service.

Returns policy for made to measure orders: Refunds are given at the discretion of company management on made to measure orders as the garment has been specially made to the individual customers' measurements and requirements. Please supply accurate measurements when ordering.

Sizes above 20 - we are able to make many of our designs in larger sizes and are going to open a plus size section in the near future, Please get in touch for information.

How to Measure Yourself

Chest: Measure around the fullest part, well under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part, about 8 inches below the waist.

Arms: Measure from the shoulder along the outside of bent arm.

Garment Length

Dresses, Coats, Jackets, shirts and tops: Measure from the centre back of shoulder to length required.

Trousers and Leggings: Measure both inside leg (from crotch to floor) and outside leg (from waist to floor).

Skirts: Measure from waist to hem length required.

Payment can be made by the following methods: Debit/credit cards (we accept most cards including Solo) Postal orders and personal cheques (cheques made payable to Morgana and in UK Sterling only) Card payments can be made by post, telephone or via our secure website.

Delivery

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery as the majority of our garments are made to order. At extremely busy times there may be a small delay on some orders and you would be notified of this. Any items in stock at time of ordering will be sent out within seven days. If you need an item for a secific date please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Postage & Packing

Our postage rates are based on weight with a maximum rate of £10.00 in the U.K., £15.00 in Europe and £20.00 for the R.O.W.
Insurance: Goods with a value exceeding £30.00 are covered by insurance. In the unlikely event that an item might get lost in the post we will provide you with a proof of posting certificate to aid you in your search for the lost item.

Return Policy

All our own label garments are manufactured to the highest standards and the garments bought in from other supplies are subject to strict quality control. In the unlikely event that an item purchased from us is faulty we will repair or exchange the item providing it is returned to us unworn within seven days.Refunds are given at the discretion of company management. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Made to measure orders are subject to a different returns policy, please see made to measure section returns policy.
